Basic Info
Name:Martha Jones
Birthdate:1984-11-23
Location:London, United Kingdom
Bio
Name: Martha Jones
Canon: Doctor Who/TV show
Point of Entrance: S3; just after Blink

Appearance:

Short. Thin. Black. Dark brown, straight hair. Brown eyes. Full lips. Very pretty.

History:

Martha Jones has always wanted to help people and, consequently, she decided when she was a child that she would grow up to be a doctor. This took her mother by surprise - but she was very encouraging. What followed this were years of attempts to get the best grades possible and not much time for anything else. Martha was 23 and had only recently started her internship at a hospital in London when she met a man named, ironically enough, the Doctor. His presence offered her more adventure than she'd ever imagined, and she found it impossible to pass the opportunity up - joining him in his blue police box (bigger on the inside!) and travelling through time and space. The unfortunate side-effect of this was that Martha ended up falling in love with the Doctor - particularly bad because, despite her being alone with him most the time, he barely seemed to notice her at all, too busy getting distracted figuring things out and talking at length about the last girl he'd traveled with, a "Rose". All the same, she found it impossible to tear herself away from him - until the Hotel did it for her.

Inventory:

  1. A copy of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
  2. Cellphone (doesn't work)
  3. A DVD containing footage of the Doctor giving her instructions on what to do while he's human
  4. An iPod Nano in green
  5. A few medical textbooks - i.e. Gray's Anatomy by Henry Gray, etc.
  6. Her white lab coat from the hospital at which she's doing her internship
  7. A small silver key which opens the TARDIS door
  8. A recent issue of London Lite with a picture of Harold Saxon, headline reading "Britain's Future?"
  9. A nondescript journal which, when opened, contains many little scribbles and doodles, apparently from dreams; the inside front cover reads "This Book Belongs to John Smith"
  10. A photograph of Martha's entire family together and looking happy, taken at some point during Martha's teenage years

Disclaimer: I do not own the character of Martha Jones, nor do I own her actress Freema Agyeman. Freema belongs to herself and Martha belongs to the BBC. This journal exists for the sole purpose of roleplaying this terrific character.
